## Description

General Motors is hiring a Principal Software Engineer - Autonomy Behavior Validation to set the technical strategy and architecture for counterfactual behavior evaluation in autonomous vehicles. The role converts real incidents and simulation scenarios into reproducible, provenance-preserving evidence, implements human and road-user response models, builds scalable simulation pipelines, and validates results against requirements, baseline runs, and independent evidence.
