The Principal Software Engineer will lead a team of software engineers, mentor team members, analyze business requirements, estimate tasks, write code and unit tests, maintain systems, collaborate with clients and colleagues, research technologies, and evaluate candidates. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent, 6–8 years of related professional experience, strong JavaScript, Node.js, REST API, database, React, and testing expertise, along with security, collaboration, presentation, and leadership skills.
