## Description

Trace3 is hiring a Principal Solution Architect to serve as a consultative technology leader and subject-matter expert, translating client business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role involves sales strategy, client presentations and demos, proposals, solution scoping, configuration, post-sales support, technology recommendations, and leadership and mentorship of engineers. It requires at least eight years of engineering-services experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, architecture certifications, and expertise across data storage, networking, security, virtualization, and related technologies. The estimated base salary is $170,000–$180,000 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
