## Description

Benchling is hiring a Product Support Analyst to serve as the first-line contact for global customers using its biotech R&D platform. The role involves troubleshooting product issues, answering questions, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining knowledge articles, delivering customer and marketing trainings, and leading support projects. Candidates need a life-science degree, laboratory or research experience, customer-facing experience, strong communication and organization skills, and empathy.
