## Description

Groundworks is hiring a full-time, onsite Production Administrative Assistant to support field and leadership teams by coordinating customer service calls, production and service technician interactions, scheduling, paperwork, purchase orders, customer records, and follow-up. The role requires a high school degree or GED, strong communication and computer skills, and preferably 1–2 years of administrative assistant experience or call center experience.
