## Description

Heartland Whole Health Institute is hiring an on-site Program Coordinator, Development in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role reports to the Senior Director, Development and provides administrative, program, event, scheduling, travel, budget, meeting, records, stakeholder, Board, and special-project coordination across assigned functional areas and the President’s Office. The coordinator will maintain Salesforce records, work with shared-service teams on technology, finance, people services, and procurement, and support events and convenings. The position prefers a bachelor’s degree and requires 2–4 years of progressively responsible administrative coordination, operations support, project coordination, or related experience, along with strong organization, communication, documentation, judgment, adaptability, discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Asana.
