## Description

Houston Methodist is hiring a Program Manager to lead and execute programs, coordinate work and administrative support, manage relationships with hospital leadership, clients, partners, and vendors, and drive strategic goals. The role includes project and change management, stakeholder communication, budget and financial stewardship, performance monitoring, and support for patient and employee experience initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a master’s degree combined with an HM Fellow, three years of business or healthcare administration experience, and may consider an HM employee with two years of progressive experience.
