## Description

ChenMoore is hiring a Project Accountant to support the financial success of civil engineering projects. The role partners with Project Managers to set up projects in the ERP system, manage budgets and forecasts, monitor labor, expenses, consultant costs, and profitability, prepare and process invoices, apply revenue recognition methods, support accounts receivable and collections, and maintain accurate project coding and cost allocation. The position requires 3–7 years of relevant project-based accounting experience, strong project accounting and billing knowledge, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; civil engineering, architecture, or professional services experience is preferred, along with experience in Deltek or similar ERP systems.
