## Description

Harder Mechanical is hiring Project Engineers to plan, schedule, and execute portions of construction projects in commercial, advanced technology, or industrial sectors. The role coordinates with field crews, design engineers, owners, suppliers, and other stakeholders; reviews drawings and project scope; monitors construction progress and compliance; prepares work packages and estimates; maintains project records; mentors new engineers; and supports the project manager. Candidates need 3–10 years of construction management experience, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, mechanical drawing knowledge, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam proficiency, a valid driver's license, and mechanical aptitude.
