## Description

The Project Engineer will manage new-build, maintenance, modernization, and conversion projects for building services engineering, with a focus on HVAC and sanitary technology. The role covers project execution, scheduling, cost and quality monitoring, reporting, client representation, technical concept development, procurement, and compliance with HOAI, VOB, and other regulations.
