The Prototyping Technician supports product development by setting up textile looms, knitting, and braiding machines to produce sample products from engineering specifications. The role involves operating machines, making in-process adjustments, documenting repeatable processes, scaling sample runs, coordinating with Yarn Prep, and assisting with peak-period machine functions. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with six months of first-shift training, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, intermediate computer skills, and moderate MS Office experience.
