## Description

Phipps Houses is hiring a Purchasing Agent to manage procurement for its PHSI Services subsidiary. The role prepares and sends RFPs and RFQs, purchases office and maintenance supplies, researches and evaluates vendors, negotiates contract terms, processes purchase orders through Yardi Voyager, reconciles invoices, and handles vendor and purchasing-related correspondence. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or five years of procurement experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Yardi experience is preferred. The salary range is $65,000–$70,000, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
