## Description

The Process Development Engineer will develop, characterize, and optimize CVD and PVD thin-film processes for volume semiconductor production. The role leads process and device improvements through characterization, testing, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation; collaborates with process, integration, reliability, packaging, and test engineers; and works with product groups to optimize resonator performance. The position requires hands-on in-fab unit-process development experience and a master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
