The Front Desk Receptionist greets and directs client families and visitors, answers and routes phone calls, notifies staff of appointments, escorts guests, handles sensitive customer-service and security issues, receives deceased belongings, maintains waiting areas and records, and performs light typing, proofreading, data entry, or printing. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred, telephone and copier proficiency, MS Office knowledge, professional communication and interpersonal skills, and availability for weekends and beyond-standard business hours.
