## Description

Portico is hiring a Receptionist (Client Support Executive) to serve as the welcoming face at a law firm’s corporate offices. The role welcomes external clients, manages room bookings and car park reservations, supports internal and external events, builds relationships with visitors and colleagues, and enhances client satisfaction. It is a 21-hour-per-week rotating-shift role with core days Tuesday through Thursday, flexibility for overtime on Mondays and Fridays, and a salary of £14,687. The position requires proven five-star service experience in a busy corporate or hotel environment, prior professional client-facing experience, and experience managing client relationships in a high-end corporate setting.
