## Description

CTC is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for its Talent Acquisition team to support lateral hiring across multiple business lines. The role owns interview scheduling and logistics, manages candidate communications, supports pipeline and requisition tracking, maintains ATS data integrity, generates recruiting metrics, and assists with offers, background checks, and onboarding. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience, strong organization, ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a proactive approach. The salary is $85,000 USD, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, and most teams follow a hybrid workplace model.
