## Description

The Focus Cloud Group is hiring a full-time Recruitment Desk Executive to manage both client and candidate sides of recruitment operations. The role involves developing client relationships, securing new business, advertising vacancies, meeting recruitment targets, sourcing and screening candidates, managing candidate flow and interviews, negotiating offers, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. Candidates need substantial full-cycle recruitment experience, consistent billing, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems; hybrid working and private medical cover after probation are offered.
