## Description

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is hiring a full-time Regional Human Resources Manager to oversee human resources across casino sites in a defined region. The role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, performance management, collective agreements, HR reporting, and HR-related projects, while coaching managers and coordinating with corporate HR and senior management. It requires post-secondary education in a relevant field, 8–10 years of HR experience, and 3 years of managerial experience leading an HR team.
