## Description

TechOp Solutions International is hiring a Remote Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, 24x7x365 remote call center. The role oversees service delivery, staffing, scheduling, workforce utilization, compliance, operational readiness, escalations, technology support, and continuous improvement while leading supervisors and operational staff. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least six years of contact center or comparable operations experience, team leadership experience, experience with performance metrics and process improvement, and security eligibility.
