The Retirement Plan Advisor at Empower helps participants improve retirement outcomes through individual and group presentations, retirement readiness reviews, and consultative financial guidance for defined contribution and government retirement plans. The role manages territory relationships, meeting schedules, and travel, documents activity in Salesforce for compliance, and is responsible for meeting service level and performance goals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of financial services experience, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, proficiency with MS Office and Teams, and FINRA registrations within a set timeline.
