## Description

The RMA Customer Service Representative processes customer and vendor product returns, verifies warranties, prepares refund paperwork, assigns RMA numbers, inspects and tests returned items, and tracks returns through the system for repair, refurbishment, or resale. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant customer service experience, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an 8- to 12-hour shift. Compensation is $18.31-$24.56, with medical, dental, vision, health spending, dependent care savings, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
