## Description

ElevenLabs is hiring a Sales Development Lead to grow and mature its SDR organization, lead a team of sales development representatives, develop outbound prospecting and qualification processes, coach and enable talent, and partner with Account Executives and sales leadership on pipeline and performance goals. The role requires at least four years of sales or business development experience, including management or team-lead experience, along with outbound prospecting, AI fluency, CRM and outreach skills, and coaching ability. It is remote-first and can be performed from anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates in San Francisco.
