## Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the frontline of NavPro’s outbound sales team, responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls to trucking owner-operators and fleet managers, qualifying prospects, scheduling product demonstrations, maintaining CRM and dialer activity, and delivering consistent pipeline volume to Account Executives. The role requires at least 12 months of outbound sales, telemarketing, or BPO sales experience, basic computer proficiency, strong English communication, resilience, and the ability to meet structured call-volume targets.
