## Description

ArcSett is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to research and identify new customers, conduct prospecting calls and email outreach, generate leads, assess lead quality, book appointments, and hand opportunities to the external sales team. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in a similar account management, sales, or recruitment role, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to learn quickly; cold-calling experience is preferred but not essential. Full product and sales training and mentorship are provided, with a salary of £27,000–£30,000 plus bonus and additional benefits.
