## Description

VIKTOR is hiring a Sales Development Representative to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, conduct outbound prospecting, research target accounts, qualify leads, book discovery calls and product demos, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing. The role requires 1+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound role, or strong motivation to enter tech sales, along with an engineering background or knowledge of engineering workflows. The position is based in the Netherlands, requires fluent English, strongly prefers Dutch, and requires availability for 36–40 hours per week.
