## Description

Windcave is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative to develop and qualify sales inquiries, conduct cold calls and customer meetings, grow existing customer portfolios, and support businesses through setup processes for acquiring, ecommerce, unattended, and Eftpos products. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, business development, applications engineering, logistics, and technical support teams, reporting market insights and metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be confident and goal-driven, and have recent graduates or 1–2 years of sales or business development experience. The position offers a hybrid work model with three mandatory office days per week and a salary of CAD 50,000 to 65,000 per annum plus commission.
