## Description

WorkBuzz is hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative in Milton Keynes to work from the office two days per week. The role focuses on outbound B2B sales, email and social selling, follow-up on marketing-qualified leads, prospect research, and delivering high-quality meetings with Account Executives to generate pipeline and revenue. Candidates need 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, a hunter mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with AI productivity tools; HubSpot CRM, HR-tech sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and SaaS experience are desirable. The position offers a £34,000–£40,000 base salary plus £15,000 in variable compensation for an on-target earnings total of £45,000, along with share options, private health insurance, and other benefits.
