## Description

S&N is hiring an IT Dispatch Coordinator to plan and coordinate service-technician assignments, process customer inquiries and fault reports, manage appointments and service reports, prepare invoices, support technical management, coordinate deliveries and rollout projects, maintain customer and order data, and provide service-oriented customer contact. The role is initially limited to two years, offers a 35-hour workweek, and is based at the company’s headquarters near Rostock Central Station.
