## Description

The Scientific Director serves as the scientific lead for designated accounts, guiding internal teams and clients on medical, regulatory, product, and industry developments. The role manages complex projects across therapeutic areas, oversees scientific content development and quality, leads client workshops and thought leadership discussions, develops trusted client relationships, supports strategic planning and budgets, and coaches and mentors writers and junior staff. It requires an advanced doctoral-level degree in a scientific discipline, medical communications experience, scientific writing expertise, pharmaceutical compliance knowledge, and strong presentation and management skills.
