Sonepar is hiring a Scrum Master to co-lead two Agile delivery teams—Marketing Automation and Sales Mobile—within its global Digital Factory. The role focuses on predictable delivery in the SAFe train, removing impediments, facilitating cross-team decisions, coordinating releases, tracking delivery performance, and experimenting with AI across the delivery lifecycle. The position requires at least five years of Scrum Master experience in multinational organisations and eight years of overall IT or digital project experience, with a hybrid work arrangement of three days in Paris after the probation period.
