## Description

Tako is hiring an SDR for its Sales Accelerator program to qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and webinars; understand prospects' business challenges; record information in the CRM; and connect qualified prospects with Sales Executives. The role requires clear communication, organization, a growth mindset, and an affinity for technology, while prior sales experience is not required. Compensation includes a strong monthly base pay plus commission, with an uncapped accelerator for hitting 100% of the target. The position is based in person at Tako's office in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.
