## Description

Joya is hiring a Sector Manager in Lorient to open and manage a home-care agency. The role combines business development with healthcare and medico-social professionals, home-care request handling, care-plan development, home-care assistant recruitment and supervision, intervention scheduling, and service-quality monitoring. It requires at least three years of home-care experience, relevant education or training, strong organizational and customer-service skills, a Class B driver’s license, and comfort with digital tools. The position is full-time permanent, starts as soon as possible, and offers a gross monthly salary of €2,500 plus quarterly bonuses.
