## Description

Softwerx is hiring several remote SOC Analysts to provide outsourced security event monitoring and incident response services. The role involves receiving and categorising customer events and incidents, triaging alerts, escalating or assigning incidents, investigating alerts, and coordinating with customers to close incidents. It follows a 24/7 rota in 8-hour shifts, averaging 35 hours per week, and requires UK right to work and a conditional Standard DBS check. The position offers a salary of £30,000–£40,000, holiday shifts, pension contributions, training, and other benefits.
