## Description

Techland is hiring a Gameplay and Cinematic Animation Systems Engineer to research, develop, maintain, and improve gameplay and cinematic animation systems from content-creation tools through engine runtime. The role involves collaborating with programmers, designers, artists, animation leads, and directors; profiling and optimizing complex data-processing pipelines; creating documentation; and staying current with animation technology. Candidates need at least five years of professional programming experience, C/C++ expertise, animation-system knowledge, memory and performance optimization skills, strong 3D mathematics and algorithmic understanding, and excellent English communication.
