## Description

Sparta is hiring a Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain backend services for its real-time and analytical data-processing platform. The role owns features end to end, optimizes pipelines for low latency and high throughput, maintains observability and incident response, and contributes to design reviews and knowledge sharing.
