The role focuses on client retention, growth, value, product adoption, monetization, user acquisition, long-term partnership strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product, Technical, Operations, and Support teams. Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing complex, high-value client relationships, strong analytical and executive communication skills, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority. The position offers a base salary of ¥269,600–¥479,200 CNY annually, with possible equity and incentive participation, and does not provide relocation or visa sponsorship.
