## Description

Andercore is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to own its Databricks lakehouse end to end, including ingestion from Salesforce and operational systems, storage, pipeline architecture, orchestration, governance, data quality, and near-real-time processing. The role will model commercial and logistics data, build reusable datasets and metrics, support pricing and forecasting, and establish a foundation for AI agents. The engineer will work with the Head of Data, communicate with non-technical stakeholders, and has a path to lead a small data engineering team as the company scales. The position is hybrid in Berlin and requires at least five years of data engineering experience, strong SQL and Python skills, Spark and lakehouse experience, and familiarity with CRM or ERP data.
