## Description

Kargo is hiring a Senior Director, Global Experiences to own and scale its global experiential strategy across flagship events, marquee sponsorships, trade shows, and regional activations in North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role leads strategy, budget, vendor and agency partnerships, program execution, guest experience, team development, measurement, and cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and creative leadership. It requires at least seven years of progressive experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations, including global or multi-region program leadership, along with strong financial, negotiation, communication, and people-management skills. The position reports to the VP of Global Experiences and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000–$170,000 plus variable compensation.
