## Description

Starbreeze is hiring a full-time, in-office Unreal Engine Technical Lead to drive technical excellence across core game systems. The role focuses on architecting and implementing low-level engine systems, optimizing console performance, maintaining UE4/UE5 branches, conducting code reviews, mentoring engine and rendering engineers, and collaborating with Technical Directors and production leads. Candidates need strong C++ expertise, extensive game engine architecture experience, a shipped Unreal Engine title across PC and console platforms, and experience with low-level console optimization, profiling, and multithreaded systems.
