## Description

Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Backend Implementation Engineer in Bangalore, India, to perform static timing analysis and timing closure for large, complex SOC designs across advanced technology nodes. The role includes generating timing constraints, leading implementation activities, performing CLP and LEC, optimizing performance and power, debugging timing issues, inserting DFT logic, and collaborating with project teams.
