## Description

SimCorp is hiring a Senior/Lead Technical Enablement Engineer to provide expert technical support for infrastructure, tooling, environments, and development processes. The role investigates and coordinates resolution of technical issues, maintains test environments and end-to-end infrastructure, analyzes automated test failures, and collaborates with software engineers, architects, consultants, and product teams to remove delivery blockers. The position requires strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and Agile skills, along with experience in technical support, IT operations, software delivery, DevOps, or a similar role, and familiarity with C#, Git, test automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, scripting, SQL, and code debugging. The role offers a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days, and compensation is disclosed at the initial stage of candidate engagement.
