## Description

Q2 is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design and deliver production-ready AI solutions for its financial-services platform. The role focuses on building LLM agents, evaluation pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuned models, cloud and backend services, security guardrails, observability, and continuous model improvement. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus Python proficiency, backend experience, and production AI/ML systems experience.
