## Description

NVIDIA is seeking an engineering leader to transform its interactive world-model technology into a production-ready platform and ecosystem. The role will scale engineering teams across OmniDreams, FlashDreams, and AlpaSim; establish production engineering practices for autonomous vehicles, rendering, robotics, and simulation; build architecture and processes for reliable developer-facing software; and grow the open developer and research ecosystem. Candidates need research or applied innovation experience in world models and related technologies, technical fluency in ML primitives, experience turning research systems into scalable products, at least 12 years of overall experience and 5 years leading teams, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The base salary range is 272,000 USD to 431,250 USD for Level 4 and 320,000 USD to 488,750 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
