## Description

The Lead Engineering Talent Development Program Manager will own the end-to-end design, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of Qiddiya’s Engineering Professions Program. The role defines program objectives, KPIs, rotations, assessments, development experiences, and progression requirements; manages participant recruitment, onboarding, cohort operations, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking; and partners with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, business leaders, and external vendors to build an internal Saudi engineering talent pipeline aligned with workforce and capability needs.
