## Description

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations leads the operational and analytical backbone of Salomon’s North America sales organization. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, the role manages forecasting, reporting, dashboards, business analysis, wholesale account planning, sales platforms, data quality, and cross-functional coordination. The manager also builds and develops a Sales Analytics and Planning team, coaches direct reports, and supports seasonal planning and commercial execution. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, planning, finance, or related commercial functions, and advanced Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake skills; leadership experience is preferred.
