## Description

Snowflake is hiring a Manager, Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partners to lead, coach, and grow a team of three Sales Engineering Enablement Business Partners. The role partners with senior Sales Engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to define global enablement strategy, manage regional and specialized technical enablement programs, coordinate workshops and campaigns, measure field impact, and standardize scalable enablement practices. Candidates need at least 8 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, technical enablement, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, 3+ years of people management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and the ability to travel periodically. The estimated base salary is $188,000-$246,700, with bonus and equity eligibility and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
