## Description

Crusoe is hiring a Senior People Analytics Engineer to own the Visier platform and build an AI-powered self-service analytics suite for the People team. The role combines technical ownership of Visier configuration, metrics, security, releases, data quality, and data-platform integrations with AI-assisted analytics, documentation, and enablement for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and other People teams. Candidates need at least four years of experience in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role, hands-on Visier implementation or expansion experience, strong SQL and cloud data-warehouse skills, and deep HR-domain knowledge. The position offers up to $125,000-$150,000 plus bonus and equity.
