## Description

Sail Biomedicines is hiring a Senior Research Associate focused on high-throughput RNA production. The role covers end-to-end production workflows, including plasmid cloning, in vitro transcription, RNA circularization and impurity assays, purification, vendor coordination, inventory management, automation workflow improvement, electronic documentation, and communicating findings to platform teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree with at least two years of research experience or a master's degree, and values molecular biology, HPLC, automation, data analysis, and inventory management experience.
