## Description

OneTrust is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join its R&D team and report to the Development Manager or R&D Head. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and maintaining highly available and performant application platforms; building observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational-automation tools; defining SLIs and SLOs; managing error budgets; improving incident response; and integrating AI and LLM-based reliability tools. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least four years of application development experience, and expertise in Java, Spring, cloud infrastructure, observability, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and related technologies. The role follows an office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles and offers a base salary of $116,475 to $174,712.50 USD, plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
