## Description

Brainlab is hiring a Software Engineer for its Cranial Navigation team to develop image-guided surgical applications used by neurosurgeons worldwide. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including designing and maintaining C++, JavaScript, and HTML5/React applications; implementing human-machine interfaces; contributing to software architecture; and integrating with surgical microscopes, ultrasound, robotic arms, and intraoperative imaging systems. The position requires a relevant technical education, strong C++ skills, and familiarity with object-oriented programming, with medical imaging, DICOM, 3D visualization, network communication, or robotics experience preferred.
